A Letter from Our Founder
I started PoultryCare in 2005 with a simple mission: help farms produce healthier birds. Over the next 15 years, I worked with 500+ farms across India. The same problem kept surfacing — not at the farm level, but at the feed mill.
Feed is 65–70% of a bird's lifetime cost. Yet most mills run on spreadsheets, gut feel, and manual processes that leak 2–5% of ingredient value on every batch. That's not a technology gap — it's a trust gap. Mill owners didn't have software they could trust, built by people who understood their world.
FeedPi is my answer to that gap. We're not an ERP trying to bolt on feed features. We're a platform built from day one for one thing: making every gram count in feed manufacturing.
