1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using the FeedPi platform, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using FeedPi on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Exceed any rate limits or usage quotas associated with your plan
• Share your account credentials with third parties

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to FeedPi, including feed formulations, production records, quality control data, and inventory information ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We process Your Data solely to provide and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export Your Data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). If you terminate your account, we retain Your Data for 90 days, then delete it permanently.

5. Intellectual Property

The FeedPi platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Maaya Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any right to use FeedPi's trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

We may use your company name and logo on our website and marketing materials as a customer reference, unless you notify us in writing that you prefer not to be listed.

6. Payment and Billing

• Free trials do not require a credit card and last 14 days
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes
• You authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle
• We may change prices with 30 days' written notice
• Founding Mills discount pricing is locked for the lifetime of continuous subscription

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the FeedPi platform. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise customers receive a formal SLA with defined remedies for downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedPi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

FeedPi provides tools for feed formulation and manufacturing management, but does not guarantee specific nutritional outcomes, regulatory compliance, or production results. You remain solely responsible for the safety and quality of your manufactured feed products.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that may harm FeedPi or other users. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases of severe violations.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FeedPi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of FeedPi after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
