Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen tier so you can evaluate FeedPi with your real production data before committing.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, your account is paused (not deleted). Your data is preserved for 90 days. You can reactivate anytime by choosing a plan. We never hold your data hostage — you can export everything at any point.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data is always preserved — we never delete formulas or production records when you change plans.
What is the Founding Mills discount?
Founding Mills get a permanent 40% discount that never expires — for the life of their subscription. This is our way of thanking the first 50 mills who believe in precision feed manufacturing. Once all 50 spots are claimed, this offer closes permanently.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free (effectively ~17% off). Combined with the Founding Mills discount, annual billing offers the best value. Contact us for a custom annual quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wire transfers. For Enterprise plans, we also support purchase orders and custom invoicing terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is my data safe? Where is it stored?
Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). All data for Indian customers is stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, ensuring full compliance with Indian data residency requirements. We perform automated daily backups with 30-day retention.
What if I need more than 500 TPD but don't need full Enterprise features?
